Our mission
Leaven is something small that changes the whole. That is what we aim to be in a school: a positive influence that lasts after the workshop ends.
We design experiential programmes in leadership, communication, financial literacy, personal development, study skills and career guidance, for primary schools to polytechnics.

Learner-centric
Everyone wants to do well, but not always in the same way. We start with the students in front of us and build from there.
Innovation
Learning should go beyond recalling information. We keep trying new ways to teach, AI included, when they help students learn.
Forethought
We plan with the end in mind: your school’s goals, and the future your students are heading into.
Experiential Learning
Students learn when they experience something, not from theory alone. Every lesson is anchored in an activity, then a reflection.

Our Logo Anatomy
L + A
This logo mark combines the representative initials of Leaven Academy, “L” and “A”, in a subtle, unique and modern way. By using geometric forms and lines, the two letterforms are combined into a single logo mark that is iconic and distinctive.
Catalyst for change
The triangle form of the logo also signifies delta (Δ), which is the symbol for “change”. It embodies Leaven’s values of providing growth and transformation, and always keeping things fresh and new.
Going beyond
The logo also acts as an arrow pointing upward, signifying Leaven’s mission of “Going Beyond”.
Dynamic and transformative
The logo is also designed such that the lines are connected and disconnected at different points, creating a sense of dynamism and movement, like a flowing, pulsing current. This represents Leaven’s constant freshness and improvement in all they do, never settling for just the status quo.
